Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time+ Shipping Time

Processing Time:

Orders are processed for shipment within the next business day, from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 6 pm.
Tips: Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Time:

Shipped via Standard Shipping, typically takes 10-15 working days.

For Standard Shipping, the package will be air shipped from China to the USA, taking 5-7 working days during which tracking information is unavailable. After clearing customs in the USA, it will handle the delivery within 5-7 working days, and tracking information will then be available.

Track Your Order

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and order number via email. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number.

Q: How do I know where my package has arrived?
A: After we ship your order, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can check the status of your package on the PetHey Track Order page.

Q: Can I change my address?
A: If your order has not yet shipped out, we can help you change the address. However, if the order is already on its way to the destination, we won't be able to change the address. In this case, you may need to contact your local logistics company for a solution.
