These are probably the best peelers I’ve ever used. They’re very sharp and work great.
These are high quality and seem durable. I like that they’re mostly metal instead of plastic and have a good feel. The blades are sharp and sturdy. Also good value getting two. My only problem with them is that the blade gap is quite large, so it peels off really thick strips, not just the outer skin but a good chunk of the inside too. I really just want the peel off, not half of whatever I’m peeling. But still a good product.
I used this item to peel 15 potatoes for Thanksgiving. It was the easiest peel I have ever experienced. It took no time at all. The handle is sturdy and the blade is sharp so it peels right the first time. I would highly recommend this item.
