Using it almost every day! When you get the hang of it, it’s an awesome pan to cook with. Things don’t stick, you can cook on it just about anything. We use olive oil and avocado oil. After it’s heated and ready to be cooked on, I recommend to wait about 30 second after you lower the heat so that the oil doesn’t burn right away.

This is a really nice pan. I got it to replace my old standard fry-pan which was teflon cheapo junk. And this is one of the most-used ones in my arsenal.
Beautifully made and a perfect size for my eggs. Cleans up nicely and very durable. It holds a great amount of food to be 10 inches and cooks fast even on low temperatures. If cleaned properly, I'm sure it will leave no scratches.
I love the natural, uncoated surface. The pan cooks food nicely, and the wooden handle stays comfortable and cool.
